I would just like to make mention of the outstanding customer service I experienced from Justin Boniface.
He was polite and very knowledgeable on everything that I needed information on. Also, he was extremely patient throughout the payment process, which was giving me issues on my end, but he understood my challenges and showed extreme professionalism.
Because of Justin, I will certainly refer everyone I know directly to him for any bike requirements. He's an asset to your organization, well done on employing individuals who understand the ethos of customer service excellence. This is very refreshing!
