The fender stays put and can easily be stowed under boat seats. They hinge to wrap around the gunwale and hull, follows the contours of the boat. The fender is constructed from a marine-grade tri-laminate cover with closed-cell foam internally. There's a tough polycarbonate grommet at each end for hanging from cleats.
